I was born in Lima, Peru but have lived most of my life out of my country.

I am a visual artist.
Your style in 3 words?
I interpret Nature.
What is your weakness?
Dogs.
What is your strength?
Perseverance.
What makes you different?
Nothing. I am regular person who chose a difficult job, that’s all.
Please tell me about your roots… When did you become an artist?
It all started for the love I have of Nature
You use your body for Art. How do you feel about this?
I feel great because nobody else has to suffer scrubbing off the paint of the skin except me.
Why does it become such an important part of your work?
I guess its because ist autobiographical.
What do you want to express when you disappear into the wall paper landscapes?
When doing this series of Landscapes, I have in mind the need of a person to identify with the place they live.
Having lived myself for so long in different places and having had to adapt, I talk about re-location and angst to be part of the landscape“
How do you think about your identity, does it matter to you?
Identity does matter. I am an artist, wife, mother, daughter and teacher and I am the sum of my backgrounds, experiences and knowledge. I read in various languages, choose to listen to classical music and attend museums, that is who I am and departing from those experiences , I do my work.
