What makes you different?

One eye yellow another eye brown.

When did you decide to become a doer/gallery owner?

I think it was in my early childhood. I kind of felt like I knew something specific, what I needed to share with others. Later I did some projects with some museums. And people thought I am an artist. But I want to warn you I am not. I am a Doer. Well, since the year 2013 I am the owner of Galerie Überall (Eng. The gallery Everywhere). And since the year 2015 working with little changes according of “Internationality” in Galerie Uberall, together with my companion Mario Strk.

What do you find most fascinating about the creative process?

In the creative process, most fascinating is this feeling of being in my own playground, the freedom of it.

A few words about your favorite creation?

There are a few of them. But let’s say “The sarcophagus” 2016 was really one I loved. It was about unexpected rotation of Event. It was about the caves. It was about the mushrooms. Nature and not, and everything.

Someone else’s work that inspired or inspires you…

A new project coming up or an idea you want to work on?

 “The unveiling of the monument”

 Do you have a vision?

Yes, a bright vision, as usual.

 2017: Where are we going?

Changes and challenges.

Your city’s favourite spots?

It’ s a little forest nearby. The name of this forest is Pavilniai and Belmontas.

Tell us about your future plans…

Usually I never talk about my plans…

But ok. Today I am making an exception.

First thing, we are on the way now, travelling with “Galerie Uberall”  to Athens. Maybe we visit that documenta14 event. We are pushing the gallery all the way from Vienna. Now we are on a half way, in the middle of Serbia. I hope we come on time. As a Doer, I am working on two big solo shows with little, but important museums: one show will be in Tate, another in MoMA.

By the way, some of my works are on sale in Christies auction right now. Sotheby’s just asked me to sign a contract with them. Still have to decide to sign in or not to sign tonight. It seems I am doomed to connect myself to art and It business…
