When did you decide to become an artist?
After graduating from high school i studied media design. I then decided to study arts and since then it has never let me go
Do you choose your art form, or does the form choose you?
For me, painting has always been the supreme discipline of visual arts, it has always been closest to me and I can express myself best through it
What do you find most fascinating about your work?
That i don’t know the result myself before I start the painting process

unembellished, naked, self-revealing
What surprised you most about your first art shows?
That in group exhibitions every visitor reacts intuitively to different works

Who would you like to work with someday and why?
I would like to exhibit with my professor from the art academy – Karin Kneffel. She is a great artist and role model for me

I think about life being finite. But that doesn`t scare me. it encourages me to manage my time well and to be aware of my time.
