Phillips de Pury & Company, the only international auction house to concentrate exclusively on contemporary culture, opened it’s first pop-up shop in London!
Here you can find (and buy, buy, buy) unique works, limited-editions, prints, t-shirts, rings and more by fabulous artists and designers… Michael Anastasiades, Tauba Auerbach, Faye Toogood, DavidDavid, Snarkitecture, Humans Since 1982, Jonathan Muecke, Oeuffice and Ben Adams, are only a few of the represented names. While you are there explore the section Martino and Friends, curated by London-based designer Martino Gamper and displayed on a bespoke shelving unit created by the man himself. Between Gamper’s shelves discover little treasures, such as Harry Thaler’s light-bulb or Francis Upritchard’s hand painted Christmas cards depicting camels, happy colors and more.
Of course, this is just the place to look for some fancy-shmancy christmas gifts for friends and family but, trust us, you will immediately want to add everything to your own wish-list… Check out what we chose! You can’t make it in the next couple of days? No need to worry, this store won’t simply pop-up; Phillips de Pury & Company has decided to keep it up-and-running for about two month… So, no excuse for not passing by! For any enquiries contact lovely Sofia at firstname.lastname@example.org, she will be happy to receive your email.
