To my left is the series of photo by Jemima Stehli, who, brings to those who look at a sense of claustrophobia: the body forced into the black line of the negative, suggests various positions, in this case at the edge of the frame.
In an earlier work, Strip (99-2000), Stehli who lives and works in London, invited curators and critics into her studio. She gave them the cable release and asked them to take their own portrait as she undressed in front of them.
It is still possible to see her works in the exibition Alice in Wonderland, in Turku, this year Capital of Culture.
