Where are you from?
I’m originally from Oxfordshire, but I now live in Buckinghamshire after moving around the UK.
Your style in 3 words?
Contemporary painterly florals
Your weakness? Your strength?
The perfectionist in me can be a bit of a weakness at times. I’d say my strength is my determination.
What makes you different?
I guess that depends on who you ask.
When did you decide to become an artist?
For as long as I can remember. It’s all I’ve ever wanted to do, I can’t see myself doing anything else.
What do you find most fascinating about your work?
The fact I can envision something in my mind and bring it into existence.
A few words about your favourite creation?
I don’t think I have a specific favourite, it depends on what day you ask me. I do love ‘A Quiet Fall’, though. It’s one of my earlier pieces and always reminds me to take a step back from technology and to get out and enjoy nature.
Someone else’s work that inspired or inspires you…
Who would you like to work with someday and why?
It would be fun to work with Gehard Demetz. I really admire his skill and vision to turn a natural element like wood into something completely different with an added contemporary aspect.
A new project coming up or an idea you want to work on?
Speaking of wood, I’m planning on introducing this into my own work soon.

Hopefully a lot more aware of the impact we’re having on our planet.
What would you do if you could change the World?
Encourage everyone to eat a plant based diet.
If the universe is everything and it’s expanding, what is it expanding into?
A never ending everything
Tell us about your future plans…
I’m working on developing some new ideas and exploring the effects of nature on our health further.
Your city’s favourite spots?
I love taking a walk through the woods or along the river.
Last but not least: what is your favourite Song?
That’s a hard one and depends on the moment, but Don’t Forget To Feed The Fish by Hondo Maclean is up there.
One last statement please: „Wood or stone, gold or art?“
