Who are you? What do you do?

I am a visual artist, working with different media as photography, drawing, painting, textile and sculptural material. I am exploring possible symbiotic relationships between them aswell.

Where are you from?

Cologne

What makes you different?

Different from what?

When did you decide to become an artist?

As a little child I wished to become an artist and I became one by not stopping to do the work.

What do you find most fascinating about your work?

After giving birth to a new work, i feel strangely separate towards it. My favorite part of creation is the idea-twisting, material-manipulating, intuition-following, research-dream-state.

my loved ones.

2019: Where are we going?

Right to the core.

When the going gets tough…

a) depression

sleep, nap, talk to my mom, listen to all the episodes of „die drei ???“, hugging animals, staring at a white wall, visit my family, writing, sleeping again, eating chocolate, reading, drawing, watching stupid youtube videos to get distracted, overthinking, becoming a hermit

 b) overwhelmed / stressed out by work

sleep, coffee, talk to my mom, make lists, check my calendar, writing emails, listen to all the episodes of „die drei ???“, becoming a hermit, eat crappy stuff, overthinking, nervous laying awake at night

Do you have a vision?

Ask the unconscious.

What would you do if you could change the World?

We do that each day!

Tell us about your future plans…

Different stages of future: traveling to Georgia and Japan, exhibit my current work, create tons of new work, exhibit the new work, finishing my arts-degree, maybe starting a PhD program, making money with what I love, being with the people I love.
